KUALA LUMPUR, March 9- Flood developments in Lawas and Limbang, Sarawak.

Three temporary evacuation centres (PPS) have been opened in Trusan, Lawas, accommodating 174 flood-affected residents. The total involves 44 families from 11 villages.

The PPS activated were the Trusan Community Hall, SJK (C) Chung Hwa and the PPS at Sekolah Kebangsaan Lintang, Trusan.

According to the State Disaster Management Committee, Trusan Community Hall PPS accommodated 100 residents, SJK (C) Chung Hwa (35) and PPS SK Lintang (39) as of 12 noon today,

Meanwhile in Limbang, 173 flood-affected residents from 53 families are taking shelter at the Medamit Community Hall PPS as of 4pm today.
