Ryt Bank brings Apple Pay to Ryt Card,

making everyday payments even easier and secure

Kuala Lumpur, 6 October – Ryt Bank today announced that customers can now add their Ryt Card to Apple Wallet and use Apple Pay for a fast, secure and convenient way to pay in stores, online and in apps. With this launch, Ryt Bank becomes the first digital bank in Malaysia to support both Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

The launch follows Ryt Bank’s introduction of Google Pay support in January this year, giving customers more ways to pay with their Ryt Card across both Apple and Android devices. 

With Apple Pay, customers can make contactless payments using their Apple devices wherever Apple Pay is accepted. Every Apple Pay purchase is authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID or a device passcode, while a unique device account number and transaction–specific security code help keep payment information protected. 

Adding a Ryt Card to Apple Wallet takes just a few steps. Customers simply open the Wallet app on their compatible Apple device, tap the “+” button and follow the instructions to add their card.
