LIPIS, 11 November- In Pahang, the number of people affected by the flood decreased to 453 people as of 7.00 pm compared to 456 people at 5.00 pm yesterday.
There were 129 families, sheltered in eight temporary transfer centers (PPS) including in Raub and Lipis.
According to the Social Welfare Department's (JKM) InfoBencana Portal, six PPS were opened in Raub district, while two were in Lipis.
In Raub, the largest number of flood-affected residents took shelter at the Tok Machang Kampung Tok Machang Community Hall PPS, followed by Pusat Kegiatan Kemas Gali(35); Kampung Pintu Mosque (34); Dewan Serbaguna Kampung Ulu Gali (30);Sekolah Menengah Agama Al-Fallah Batu Talam (14) and Balai Raya Kampung Sungai Pasu (8).
Meanwhile in Lipis, a total of 144 flood-affected residents took shelter at PPS Sekolah Kebangsaan Kechau Tui and 86 people at Dewan Seimai Bakti Felda Kechau 1.
