Datuk Sazali also informed that the LLM Traffic Management Center will be operating from 7am to 10pm to aid highway users in getting the latest information on traffic conditions and incidents.

Users can also refer to the official social media of LLM and the highway concession companies, or contact the LLM Traffic Management Center at 1–800–88–7752 or can view the CCTV displays at https://www.llm.gov.my.

He also advised highway users to plan their journeys using the MyPLUS-TTA application, ensure that their Touch 'n Go cards and e-wallets have sufficient balance.

He also reminded motorcyclists that the emergency lane is not an exclusive route for them but is also used by other vehicles in the event of an emergency or a breakdown.
