KUALA NERUS, Jan 22- The Ministry of Education (MOE) has denied claims that the issue of teacher grievances has been resolved as has been circulating on social media recently.

Minister of Education, Fadhlina Sidek stressed that all teacher transfer applications must go through a fixed process, with priority given based on educational needs and teacher welfare.

"That's not true. All applications must follow the process. Our priority is educational needs without affecting the learning process and taking into account the entire educational ecosystem," she said.

She said this after attending a friendly programme with a member of the Institut Pengurusan Guru Malaysia (IPGM) Datuk Razali Ismail, here.

Fadhlina added that priority will also be given to the issues of long-distance relationship, safety, health, and overall teacher welfare.
