KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 17- The flood situation in Johor remains unchanged with 36 people from 11 families still being accommodated in a temporary evacuation centre (PPS), as of 8.00 am this morning.

According to the Disaster Info portal of the Social Welfare Department (JKM), all evacuees are being accommodated in the only remaining active PPS in Segamat, the Gemereh IV Hall (Batu Badak).

Meanwhile in Sabah, 80 flood-affected residents from 26 families remain housed in one PPS in the state.

Those affected are being sheltered at the Beaufort District Disaster Evacuation Center.
