REMBAU, March 13- The Negeri Sembilan Occupational Safety and Health Department (DOSH) demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility through a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative in celebration of the month of Ramadan.
Ir. Dr. Nor Halim Hassan, Director of DOSH Negeri Sembilan, shared that the Bubur Lambuk Program, themed “Semangat Muhibbah Ramadan: Bersama Rakyat Dalam Kacau Bubur Lambuk Program,” not only strengthens community ties but also serves as a platform to raise awareness about occupational safety and health.
“This program involves not only DOSH staff but also the local community, allowing us to directly communicate the importance of occupational safety and health to the public,” he stated.
He made these comments after the symbolic handover of bubur lambuk in Rembau.
A total of 1,300 containers of bubur lambuk were distributed to the staff and residents of Taman Sedia Raja, Chembong, Rembau.
The program also received support from the Rembau District and Land Office and the Chembong National Gemstone Center.
In addition to providing iftar meals to those in need, the initiative promotes mutual cooperation and strengthens the bonds of friendship among residents, enriching the spirit of Ramadan through meaningful community activities.
