PETALING JAYA, November 19th- The Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) has issued a warning of continuous heavy rain in Terengganu, Pahang and Johor until November 23rd.

In a statement, METMalaysia said that the weather condition is expected to hit Terengganu, Kuantan, Pekan and Rompin areas in Pahang while in the Johor region, it affects Segamat, Kluang, Mersing and Kota Tinggi.

METMalaysia also issued an alert-level continuous rain warning in Kelantan covering areas such as Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Kota Bharu, Tanah Merah, Bachok, Machang and Pasir Puteh as well as in Pahang (Jerantut, Temerloh, Maran and Bera), throughout the same period.

The statement also said continuous rain is expected to fall in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan (Kuala Pilah, Jempol and Tampin) as well as Johor (Tangkak, Muar, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Kulai and Johor Bahru) until tomorrow.
