KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 25- Muzium Negara and Zoo Negara are among the locations that become popular attractions in Kuala Lumpur in conjunction with Christmas and the school holidays.

A lively atmosphere was in the air at Zoo Negara with the presence of visitors from all walks of life.

"Since today is the Christmas holiday, I took the opportunity to take my wife and children to the zoo to see the animals. This is my kid's first time at the zoo, so he is very excited. Earlier I had to park far away, but it was worth it," said a visitor, Husaini Ramli.

"I'm from Kuala Lumpur area. Actually, I don't have any plans, I just came because today is a holiday. I'm taking this opportunity to spend time with my sister," said another visitor, Wan Aishah Masuri.

"We came from Penang. Bring the little ones so they can see the animals and the natural habitats. It's rare to get an opportunity like this. Coincidentally it's Christmas and today is a public holiday, so we took the opportunity to explore," said a visitor, Kimra Kaur Ranjit Singh.

A similar phenomenon also takes place at Muzium Negara, which offers a variety of interesting events and activities for visitors who want to spend time with their families.

"We are from Jerantut, Pahang. My son wants to see the artifacts and old history of the country. One of the places he wants to visit is Muzium Negara. Before this, every time we come, the car park is always full, but today we had the chance to be here," said a visitor, Noraini Harun.

"I chose Muzium Negara because of my interest in the history of the country, including the Stone Age and the story of Hang Tuah. It's fun to see old artifacts, read historical stories, and immerse in the antique paintings," said a visitor, Amna Nur Khairina Mohd Tamzies.
