JKNNS Director, Dr. Zuraida Mohamed said that so far vaccine supply is still available and has been given distributed since February 18 to 2,597 senior citizens at health clinics throughout the state.

The influenza vaccine is provided free of charge to senior citizens aged 60 and above and who have at least one chronic disease, whether diabetes, respiratory disease, heart disease, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, or chronic kidney disease.

Appointments to get the vaccine can be made through the MySejahtera application in phases for the health clinics.

Eligible individuals can also make an appointment via phone call or attend directly at the health clinic subject to the availability of vaccine supplies at the facility, following the distribution of supplies made in stages nationwide.
