ALOR SETAR, March 22- As the celebration of Hari Raya Aidilfitri approaches, the less fortunate continue to receive attention and assistance.

In Kedah, a total of 37 orphans from the Single Mother's and Orphans Welfare Organization (PRITY) Kedah received contributions of festive clothing to ease their burden.

The contributions were presented by the Chairman of the Women, Family, and Community Development Committee of Kedah, Datuk Halimaton Shaadiah Saad, during the Contribution Ceremony of Raya Clothes for the PRITY Orphans held at Darul Aman Height, Jitra.

The recipients are children aged between 4 to 17 years, who have lost their providers after the death of their mother or father.

Datuk Halimaton Shaadiah hopes that the contributions will not only alleviate the burden on the recipients' families but also bring joy to their Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.
