SELAYANG, 23 December - The wife of the chief executive officer (CEO) of GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH), Datin Azura Md Yusof, and several female individuals who are members of the group arrived at the Selayang Sessions Court at around 9:40 this morning.
All the accused were brought to the court in police trucks for the case's remention in accordance with Section 130V (1) of the Penal Code for being members of an organised crime group.
Last October, GISBH CEO, Datuk Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, and 21 individuals comprising 12 men and 9 women, were charged at the Selayang Sessions Court here with being members of an organised criminal group.
No plea was recorded from all the accused, as the case is under the jurisdiction of the High Court due to the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma).
