TBG began its trial operations yesterday, welcoming over 20 buses on its first day

GOMBAK, March 16 – The Gombak Integrated Terminal (TBG) began its trial operations yesterday, welcoming over 20 buses on its first day before continuing to other destinations.

TBG Marketing Executive, Nur Afifah Hamdan, explained that the terminal's operations began in phases, initially receiving passengers from the East Coast before expanding to include the South Integrated Terminal (TBS).

In addition to serving as a transport hub, TBG also incorporates a shopping mall concept.

"As of yesterday, more than 50 shops are operational, with plans to increase that number to over 100. The terminal also offers various facilities, including a wedding hall, a pickleball court, and a food court, to enhance the visitor experience," she said in a statement to reporters.

TBG is set to officially begin operations on March 22 and will become the primary hub for travel to the East Coast, covering states like Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan, as well as other destinations in the northern region.

The terminal will also provide intercity bus services and is directly connected to the Gombak LRT station and the Gombak East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) Project station.
