KULAI, 10 March- A 29-year-old woman died, while three others, including a three-month-old baby, were injured in an accident at Kilometer 39.9 southbound, North-South Expressway, Kulai, yesterday.
The accident involved a car carrying the four victims, which skidded and overturned onto the shoulder of the road.
Operations Commander from the Kulai Fire and Rescue Station (BBP), Senior Fire Officer One, Asmiza Zaini said a total of 11 personnel along with two vehicles were deployed for the rescue operation.
"A woman was found trapped in a vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene," Asmiza said.
"Meanwhile, a 30-year-old man, along with a three-month-old baby and a four-year-old girl, in the same vehicle, were also reported injured," Asmiza added.
"All victims have been handed over to the police for further action," Asmiza said in a statement.
