KUALA LUMPUR, January 13 - The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of continuous rain expected to hit six districts in Johor throughout the day.

"Based on the alert level warning issued at 8.30 this morning, the areas affected are Kluang, Mersing, Pontian, Kulai, Kota Tinggi and Johor Bahru," said MetMalaysia.

The public is advised to obtain the latest weather information via the official MetMalaysia website, myCuaca mobile application and the department's official social media pages.
