KUALA LUMPUR, March 24- A total of 5,000 Pahang-born individuals who are living outside the state, have received RM50 worth of petrol or diesel purchase vouchers through the 'Moh Balik Raya ke Pahang 2025' programme.

Pahang Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail said the programme, which is now in its second year, aims to encourage Pahang folks to return home to celebrate Aidilfitri which will tak place soon.

"This is a very good platform especially for the Pahang State Government because we can directly inform the children of Pahang regarding current developments in Pahang and can explain to them what the latest developments are in Pahang", he said.

He said this at the voucher handover programme, at the Titiwangsa Stadium in Kuala Lumpur.

Also present was Deputy Chairman of the Perantau Anak Pahang Secretariat (MAHASISWA) Datuk Seri Shahaniza Shamsuddin.
