IPOH, 10 January - There is no need for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2024 candidates to re-sit the History exam paper, following allegations of question leakage.

Deputy Minister of Education, Wong Kah Woh, denied the allegations and said not true.

He also assured that the Ministry of Education (MOE) will continue to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for examination management are always followed throughout the examination.

"I want to remind all parties that improper behavior will be monitored. If the evidence is valid, legal action will be taken by the authorities," Wong told reporters today.

The deputy minister reminded parents and candidates not to worry and stay focused during the exams that will end next February.

He said this while attending the Chinese New Year program at SMJK Sam Tet, here.

The MOE in a statement on Thursday insisted that the alleged leak of the SPM 2024 examination papers was untrue and unfounded.

The leaked screenshot contains only the list of History textbooks that were made into predictions.

No SPM 2024 Paper 1 and 2 History exam paper questions are displayed in any of the screenshots that were made viral.
